ATL: Vic Beasley Quick Recap

The Atlanta Falcons needed a defense…actually an entirely new defense. To address their lack of pass rush in 2014, the Falcons selected defensive end Vic Bealsey.

New Atlanta head coach, Dan Quinn, is looking to replicate his recent success with the Seattle Seahawks defense with his new squad. Adding Beasley will give Quinn the same weapon he had with Seattle rusher Bruce Irvin. Beasley is still incredibly raw, but like Irvin, his upside is incredibly enticing.

Not a slam dunk or necessarily safe pick, but one with a bunch of potential.

Instant Grade: B
